Group Excercise Classes 

If you like to work out with others, group exercise classes are an excellent way to stay in shape. All of our classes are supervised by a professional personal trainer who will make sure you are doing everything correctly. 

 

 

Tabata:



Mixed Tabata: Tuesdays at 08:00pm

Ladies Tabata: Fridays at 11:30am

Ladies Tabata: Wednesdays at 02:00pm

 

Tabata is a high-intensity interval training which aims to bring the benefits of muscular tone, body fat reduction and cardiovascular efficiency in a minimal amount of time. It is our most popular exercise class and there is a good reason for that – it is simple, fun and most of all – extremely effective. It will help you skyrocket your fitness level and shred unwanted body fat whilst working out to fast-pumping music.

 

We have two different Tabata sessions: mixed and ladies only. Give your body a reason to celebrate – call us to register for a class or book your space at the reception.

 

Thai-cercise

Mixed Thai-cercise: Thursdays at 06:00pm

 

Our Thai-cercise fitness class incorporates Thai boxing techniques to ensure a full body workout that helps tone your muscles and burn body fat. It is suitable for all levels of fitness and ability and is an excellent way to get in shape fast. Book your slot now by phone or at the reception. 

 

Yoga 

Mixed Yoga: Thursdays at 07:15pm

Men’s Only Yoga: Saturdays at 10:00am

Ladies Only Yoga: Saturdays at 11:00am
