Group Exercise Classes

If you like to work out with others, group exercise classes are an excellent way to stay in shape. All of our classes are supervised by a professional personal trainer who will make sure you are doing everything correctly.

Circuit: Fridays at 11:30am

Circuit: Wednesdays at 01:00pm

*Tabata is a high-intensity interval training which aims to bring the benefits of muscular tone, body fat reduction and cardiovascular efficiency in a minimal amount of time. It is our most popular exercise class and there is a good reason for that – it is simple, fun and most of all – extremely effective. It will help you skyrocket your fitness level and shred unwanted body fat whilst working out to fast-pumping music.
