
I’m a Sport and Exercise Science student at Newcastle University with a passion for movement and performance. From a young age I’ve competed in swimming, running, and netball, and most recently challenged myself by completing a Half Ironman. These experiences have shaped my understanding of training, discipline, and what the body is capable of.
My love of sport inspired me to qualify as a Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer. I’m driven by helping others improve their fitness, build confidence, and discover what they can achieve, combining the knowledge from my degree with years of hands-on experience as an athlete.
Alongside gym-based training, I’m also a qualified paddleboarding and watersports instructor, having spent several summers teaching and supporting people of all ages and abilities on the water.
I’m excited to bring all of this experience into the gym and help clients reach their goals with a positive, supportive and personal approach to training.
I currently offer 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions, duo sessions or small group sessions.
