Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting your journey, my classes are here to provide inclusive and empowering practice for all. Each of my classes follow a vinyasa style flow, combining pranayama, dynamic asanas, followed by a well-deserved savasana and meditation.

Yoga has been a huge part of my life in assisting with both my physical and mental health, particularly since being diagnosed with a chronic illness and recovery following a brain injury causing temporary paralysis in my body. The power of yoga and it’s practice has allowed me feel more holistically balanced in myself and I am passionate to help others as they move through their own yoga journey.
In my classes it’s not just about the physical practice. It’s about finding balance, connecting with yourself, and fostering a sense of peace and well-being.
