My areas of specialization encompass a wide range of concerns, including foot mobility and pain, breathing exercises, muscle tone restoration and development, joint pain, lower back, hip, and knee pain, spinal curvature such as scoliosis, weight loss, pre- and post-natal exercise with a focus on post-childbirth recovery, and stress relief.
